UKCSI: The state of customer satisfaction in the UK – January 2013
£0.00
Retail continues to lead the UK customer satisfaction rankings, as overall UK customer service continues to show steady improvement
Description
The increase is caused by small upward movements in a number of sectors, notably Retail (non-food), which offset slight falls in other sectors, such as Public Services (local).
There is therefore little change in the relative standing of sectors, though the Retail (non-food) sector continues to excel, increasing its score by 1.1 points (from 84.1 to 85.2).
Such is the general level of satisfaction in the Retail (non-food) sector that only one of the organisations surveyed registered a score lower than the overall UKCSI average of 78.2.
