Trafford Wilson is the Executive Director of Customer Services at the Guinness Partnership. He has a telecoms background and was Managing Director of Customer Service for BT Business and Public Sector having worked across BT Global Services, BT Consumer, BT Wholesale and Openreach from 2006 in senior leadership roles within Finance, Service, Billing & Collections and Revenue Assurance.
He graduated with an Honorary Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems. He enjoys road cycling, adventure sports and spending time with his family.
