Michelle West-Wiggins is the Director of Customer Service, Cirencester Friendly Society. Michelle joined the Society in 2016, with the focus to enhance and deliver improved customer service across the business, Michelle is now responsible for the Member Services, Claims and Operations Assurance Teams at Director level.

Having 30 years’ experience working in Financial Services and Operations, including The Coventry Building Society, Barclays Bank and RR Donnelley, has provided Michelle with a breadth of experience and knowledge in service, operations, sales and marketing.

This experience has supported Michelle’s drive to putting customers at the heart of the business, through an embedded service culture, whilst always seeking continuous improvement to deliver service excellence.

Michelle has a personal passion for people, fostering their development and talents within a customer service role, coaching and mentoring individuals to find personal achievement and success.
