Leo has been involved with The Institute since 2005, initially through her role in learning and development for a member organisation helping embed our professional qualifications and foster a coaching culture. With over 25 years’ experience in designing, tailoring and delivering training, she continues to be a great asset to the team.
Following a brief career break in 2009 to start a family, Leo moved to support The Institute on a freelance basis, running a range of workshops – including FirstImpressions, Coaching for service excellence and the Assessor Development Programme. She also regularly carries out professional qualification assessments for a range of member organisations. Leo has branched out to become a ServiceMark accreditation assessor for The Institute, regularly undertaking whole company reviews.
Prior to working for The Institute, Leo held both managerial and non-managerial roles in a variety of sectors – including retail, telecommunications, finance and information technology. Her passion, enthusiasm and knowledge shine through whenever she is delivering training, as reflected in feedback scores and comments from delegates.
