Denise Allan is the Managing Director of Service, Customer Service Group at Sky.
Responsible for leading service across all of CSG (circa 10k employees), she has been empowering teams across the full Service estate (contact centre experts, engineers, billing, planning, change and digital) to offer the best service in the UK.
Prior to this role, Denise has been working as the Director of Change, Quality and Billing – Customer Service Group, Director of Service Quality and Billing – Customer Service Group and several leadership finance positions at Sky. Denise was responsible for leading service quality, continuous improvement and compliance, creating an operational service quality and compliance team, evolving the billing and debt management function.
