Breakthrough Research Launch – The Changing World of Work: A Customer Experience Perspective

At a critical time for organisations, employees and customers our breakthrough research focuses on a highly relevant and timely theme: how work culture and environment will change in the future, and the implications for skills and training, job design, measurement and organisational structures. The research will include the perspectives of customers, senior managers and employees and will give practical insights and recommendation about key areas of focus.

The research launch webinar will feature a presentation of the research, followed by a panel discussion with the research sponsors, Aster Group, HMRC, O2 and United Utilities, hosted by our CEO, Jo Causon.
