The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Customer Service raises awareness and understanding of customer service amongst parliamentarians and establishes a dialogue with UK organisations across all sectors.
At our APPG meeting on 12 February 2025, we brought trade unions and industry bodies together to to highlight the Institute’s asks of its Service with Respect campaign, as well as the similar complementary campaigns of other bodies and unions and how we can work together to create momentum and change.
