The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Customer Service raises awareness and understanding of customer service amongst parliamentarians and establishes a dialogue with UK organisations across all sectors.
Following the change in Government in mid-2024 and the subsequent dissolution and reconstitution of our APPG, an Inaugural General Meeting (IGM) was held on Tuesday 10 December 2024 to elect a new chair and officers.
