Caroline is a respected and passionate learning and development professional with over 25 years’ experience. She has a proven track record in influencing and supporting cross functional teams at multiple organisational levels, ultimately resulting in higher revenues.
Working with The Institute since its inception, Caroline tutors the Management Qualifications, shapes training materials (most recently Virtual Service Management) and has been an assessor for the Institute’s Qualifications for 20 years. Caroline is also a Companion Member of the Institute (CMICS) and has recently completed her MBA with Edinburgh Business School.
