The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Customer Service raises awareness and understanding of customer service amongst parliamentarians and establishes a dialogue with UK organisations across all sectors.
At our APPG meeting on Wednesday, 6 March 2024, we hosted a roundtable meeting to focus on ‘building a service nation’, where business leaders and Parliamentarians discussed the service agenda against a backdrop of falling customer satisfaction.
