ICS is a community of organisational and individual members committed to continually improving customer service.

Organisational membership

Here are some questions to ask yourself if you’re serious about improving your organisation's customer service:

  • What are the key components of my customer service strategy, and in what ways are these effective?
  • How do I measure whether or not my customer service is effective?
  • How do my customers and staff know I’m serious about customer service?
  • What capabilities do my customer-facing staff need, how do they acquire them and how do they know they’re valued?
  • How do I keep customer service a priority at times of great change?

At ICS, we work with organisational members to help them tackle these and other key questions. See who is already a member, and look at the different organisational membership categories we offer. Then join our community and get involved!

Individual membership

Are you:

  • an experienced customer service professional?
  • an assessor, coach or trainer who helps others to develop their customer service skills?
  • a leader or manager creating a better environment for effective customer service delivery?

Finally, are you looking for independent recognition and continuing support as a customer service professional?

If so, ICS can offer you membership of a national and increasingly international community of individual members dedicated to professionalism in customer service.

If you’re working towards a qualification or other programme of learning and development recognised by ICS as a route to membership, you can become a Student member.
